I graduated from Boston University in 2024 with a BA in Neurobiology on the pre-medical track and a minor in Violin Performance. Starting in my freshman year, I was a Research Assistant at the Hamilton Lab, where I conducted research on cardiovascular inflammation and damage, for which I published a paper as first author. Off campus, I was a medical scribe in the Emergency Department at MGH, where I recorded patient history and medical decision making on behalf of the Attending ED physicians to improve efficiency in the Department. There, I was exposed to a variety of patients, and often witnessed people struggling with chronic pain. At the Loggia Lab, I am excited to gain a deeper understanding of the clinical picture of pain and neuroinflammatory pathways. I will mainly be using dMRI technology to examine objective biomarkers for chronic pain. I’m looking forward to contributing to various bioimaging projects and interacting with study participants. Outside of work, I love to cook, hike, and play my violin/music.
